Limits & Premium

An embedded space is a space. The free limits exist here exactly as everywhere — until the app's space is on Premium, which lifts them for everyone in it and unlocks feature shaping.

What Premium changes#

• No time limit on a huddle, rooms of fifty, everything kept.
• Feature shaping — the call and chat shapes and every key under them. Free for now: until embed billing is wired up, shaping works on every space.
• Billed to the space, never per seat and never per visitor. One plan, at the price you choose.

The whole model is on the Premium page. Walk-ins and the huddle button are free; what you will pay for is a bigger, longer room and the right to shape it — and nothing on the developer side is behind a paywall today.

Rate limits#

The anonymous door is limited per IP; the chat has its own bucket; the huddle button polls every four seconds and only while the page is visible. None of these is tunable and none should need to be.
